# Further and Higher Education Act 1992, Paragraph 55

In section 230 (stamp duty)—
(a) in subsection (1) “section 136(2)” is omitted, and
(b) in subsection (3)—
(i) for paragraph (b) there is substituted—
“ (b) an institution within the higher education sector ”,
(ii)paragraph (c)(ii) is omitted, and
(iii)after paragraph (c) there is inserted—
“ (ca) an institution within the further education sector ”.
