  "text": "In section 76(1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (duty to draw attention to certain provisions for benefit of disabled)—\n(a) in paragraph (d) for “the PCFC funding sector” there is substituted “ the higher education sector within the meaning of section 91(5) of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992 ”, and\n(b) after paragraph (e) there is inserted—\n“ (f) of a building intended for the purposes of an institution within the further education sector within the meaning of section 91(3) of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992 ”.",
