# The Further and Higher Education (Scotland) Act 1992 Amendment Order 2003, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order amends section 12(2) of the Further and Higher Education (Scotland) Act 1992 by giving a specific power to the boards of management of colleges of further education to provide courses of instruction to schoolchildren aged from five to sixteen.
