# Further and Higher Education (Scotland) Act 1992, Section 61: Interpretation.

In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires—
“the 1980 Act” means the Education (Scotland) Act 1980
“the Council" means the Scottish Further and Higher Education Funding Council; and
“ prescribed ” means prescribed by order or by regulations made by the Secretary of State.
