Article 4 Sex Discrimination Act 1975 (c. 65)

In the Sex Discrimination Act 1975, after section 23Bf1, insert–

“Discrimination by Scottish Further and Higher Education Funding Council

23BA.

It is unlawful for the Scottish Further and Higher Education Funding Council in carrying out any of its functions to do any act which constitutes sex discrimination.”.
