  "text": "The following bodies are dissolved on such date as the Scottish Ministers may by order appoint—\n(a) the Scottish Further Education Funding Council (established under section 7(1) of the 1992 Act); and\n(b) the Scottish Higher Education Funding Council (established by section 37(1) of that Act).",
