# Further and Higher Education (Scotland) Act 2005, Section 31: Information about recorded children

A post-16 education body must provide a local authority with such information or advice as the authority may reasonably require for the purposes of the exercise by the authority of its functions under section 65B (provision for recorded children) of the 1980 Act.
