# Further and Higher Education (Scotland) Act 2005, Section 6: Fundable bodies

Extent: S

(1) In this Act, “ fundable body ” means—
(a) any body specified in schedule 2; and
(b) any regional strategic body (see section 7B).
(2) In this Act, any reference to a fundable post-16 education body means a body specified in schedule 2.
