# The Further and Higher Education (Student Support) (Amendment) Regulations 2014, Regulation 7: Amendment of the Further Education Loans Regulations 2012


In regulation 9 (transfer to another institution), omit the words “or, if an eligible student is an apprentice, that eligible student’s employment status is terminated”.
