  "text": "(1) The Secretary of State must, within six months beginning with the day after the end of each academic year, publish a report on initial teacher training for further education.\n(2) The report under paragraph (1) must provide a summary of—\n(a) the information received under regulations 4 and 7;\n(b) compliance by relevant academic authorities with their obligations under regulations 4, 5, 6 and 7.\n(3) The first report under paragraph (1) must relate to the academic year commencing with 1st September 2026.",
