  "text": "This Statutory Instrument has been made in part in consequence of defects in S.I. 2016/238 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.\nEducation, England\nMade 22nd March 2022\nLaid before Parliament 24th March 2022\nComing into force 1st May 2022\nThe Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 22(1) and (2) and 42(6) of the Teaching and Higher Education Act 1998.",
