# The Further Education Loans (Amendment) Regulations 2022, Regulation 3: Amendment of regulation 2


In regulation 2(1), in the definition of “fees” for “section 41(1) of the Higher Education Act 2004”, substitute “section 85(2) of the Higher Education and Research Act 2017”.
