  "text": "(1) A person who—\n(a) is the child of a Turkish worker (“T”), where T was ordinarily resident in the United Kingdom immediately before IP completion day;\n(b) immediately before IP completion day—\n(i) was the child of T; and\n(ii) was ordinarily resident in the United Kingdom;\n(c) is ordinarily resident in the United Kingdom on the first day of the designated further education course; and\n(d) has been ordinarily resident in the territory comprising the United Kingdom, ... the European Economic Area, Switzerland , Turkey and the overseas territories throughout the three-year period preceding the first day of the first academic year of the course.",
