  "text": "(1) An institution must forthwith inform the Secretary of State and provide the Secretary of State with particulars if an applicant or eligible student—\n(a) withdraws from or abandons their further education course;\n(b) is expelled from their further education course;\n(c) is absent from their course for more than 60 days due to illness;\n(d) is suspended from their course (whether at the applicant or student’s request or not).\n(2) An institution is not required to provide under sub-paragraph (1) any information which it has already provided to the Secretary of State under regulation 22(4).",
