Regulation 2 Prescribed categories of pupils

The Schedule to these Regulations shall have effect for the purpose of prescribing categories of pupils in relation to which the provisions of subsections (1) and (5) of section 51 of the Education (No. 2) Act 1986 apply and, in the case of subsection (1), so apply irrespective of whether the provision of further education is made with the consent of the local education authority from whom payment is claimed.
