  "text": "(1) Regulations and orders under this Act are to be made by statutory instrument.\n(2) An instrument containing regulations under section 3(7) or an order under paragraph 2(2) of schedule 1 is subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of the Scottish Parliament.",
