  "text": "(1) The Scottish Ministers may, after consulting with a relevant public authority, give a direction to that authority relating to its duties under section 2D.\n(2) The Scottish Ministers—\n(a) may vary or revoke, and\n(b) must publish,\na direction given under this section.\n(3) A relevant public authority must comply with a direction given to it under this section.",
