  "long_title": "This Order amends the Galloper Wind Farm Order 2013, a development consent order under the Planning Act 2008, following an application under paragraph 2 of Schedule 6 to that Act for a non-material change to increase the diameter of the monopile foundations from 7.0 metres to 7.5 metres in order to allow the foundations to meet the requirements needed to satisfy the turbine design limits. The change to the Order takes effect from the date specified in the Order.",
