# The Galloper Wind Farm (Amendment) Order 2015, Introduction: Introductory text

An application has been made to the Secretary of State under paragraph 2 of Schedule 6 to the Planning Act 2008 (“the 2008 Act”), and in accordance with Part 1 of the Infrastructure Planning (Changes to, and Revocation of, Development Consent Orders) Regulations 2011 (“the 2011 Regulations”), for a change which is not material to the Galloper Wind Farm Order 2013.
The Secretary of State, having considered the application and the responses to the consultation under regulation 7 of the 2011 Regulations, has determined to make an Order giving effect to the proposed change comprised in the application which in the opinion of the Secretary of State does not make any material change to the Galloper Wind Farm Order 2013.
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 153 of, and paragraph 2 of Schedule 6 to, the Act, makes the following Order:
