  "text": "Subject to the provisions of Part 3 of Schedule 1 (Requirements), Schedule 2 (deemed marine licence) and the other provisions of this Order, the undertaker is granted—\n(a) development consent for the authorised development; and\n(b) consent for the ancillary works,\nto be carried out within the Order limits.",
