# The Galloper Wind Farm Order 2013, Article 3: Development consent etc. granted by the Order

Extent: E+W+S

Subject to the provisions of Part 3 of Schedule 1 (Requirements), Schedule 2 (deemed marine licence) and the other provisions of this Order, the undertaker is granted—
(a) development consent for the authorised development; and
(b) consent for the ancillary works,
to be carried out within the Order limits.
