  "text": "The undertaker may at any time maintain the authorised project, except to the extent that this Order or an agreement made under this Order, provides otherwise. No maintenance works whose likely significant effects on the environment are not described in the environmental statement shall take place except with the prior written consent, and subject to such further environmental assessment, as the MMO may require.",
