  "text": "The undertaker shall ensure that timely and efficient notices to mariners and other navigational warnings of the position and nature of the authorised development seaward of MHWS, are issued during and after the period of construction, alteration, replacement or decommissioning of the authorised development, such information to be promulgated to mariners in the shipping and fishing industry as well as to recreational mariners.",
