  "heading": "Restoration of land used temporarily for construction",
  "text": "Any land landward of mean low water spring tides within the Order limits which is used temporarily for construction of the connection works or the transmission works, and not ultimately forming part of connection works or the transmission works or approved landscaping, must be reinstated to its former condition, or such condition as the relevant planning authority may approve, within six months of completion of the onshore works, or such other period as the relevant planning authority may approve.",
