# The Galloper Wind Farm Order 2013, Paragraph 37: Requirement for written approval

Extent: E+W+S

Where under any of the above Requirements the approval or agreement of the Secretary of State, the relevant planning authority or another person is required, that approval or agreement must be given in writing.
