# The Galloper Wind Farm Order 2013, Paragraph 9: Force majeure

Extent: E+W+S

If, due to stress of weather or any other cause the master of a vessel determines that it is necessary to deposit the authorised deposits outside of the Order limits because the safety of human life and/or of the vessel is threatened, within 48 hours full details of the circumstances of the deposit shall be notified in writing to the MMO.
