Article 8 Emergency Powers Orders in Council 1939 to 1964
The Emergency Powers Orders in Council 1939f1 to 1964f2 shall cease to have effect as part of the law of The Gambia on 18th August 1966 or such earlier date as Parliament may prescribe:
Provided that sections 6(2)(d) and 8 of the Emergency Powers Order in Council 1939 shall cease to have effect as part of the law of The Gambia as from the commencement of this Order.
