Article 9 Amendment of Part 4 of Schedule 4 to the Principal Commencement Order

Paragraph 36(2) of Schedule 4 to the Principal Commencement Order (which makes provision about premises licences issued before 1st September 2007) is amended by inserting after “2007” the words “and which take effect on the date of issue”.
