  "text": "“SCHEDULE 3A\nProvisions coming into force on 1st August 2007\nArticle 2(3A)\nColumn 1\nColumn 2\nSections 266 to 268\nSections 271(2) and 273(2)\nSection 274\nIn so far as it relates to the provisions of Schedule 12 specified below in this Schedule.\nSection 276\nSections 277 and 278\nSubsection (2) of section 282\nFor the purposes of enabling a person to comply with the condition in that subsection before 1st September 2007 (being the date on which section 282 comes into force).\nSection 283(2)\nSection 283(5)\nIn so far as it relates to the provisions of Schedule 13 specified below in this Schedule.\nSection 284\nSections 310(1) and 312(4)\nIn Schedule 12, paragraphs 1 to 11 and 25\nFor the purposes of—\n(a) enabling advance applications for club gaming permits and club machine permits to be made, considered and determined;\n(b) enabling appeals in connection with such applications to be made, considered and determined; and\n(c) enabling such permits to be issued before 1st September 2007.\nIn Schedule 12, paragraphs 14 to 21, 23 and 26 to 31\nIn Schedule 13, paragraphs 1, 2, 4 to 7 and 21\nFor the purposes of—\n(a) enabling advance applications for licensed premises gaming machine permits to be made, considered and determined;\n(b) enabling appeals in connection with such applications to be made, considered and determined; and\n(c) enabling such permits to be issued before 1st September 2007.\nIn Schedule 13, paragraphs 3, 9, 11 to 20, 22 and 23\n”",
