  "text": "(1) The Gambling Act 2005 (Commencement No.6 and Transitional Provisions) Order 2006 shall be amended as follows.\n(2) In article 2—\n(a) omit paragraph (3); and\n(b) in paragraph (4), after “apart from” insert “section 89(2) and (3), section 245 and”.\n(3) Schedule 3 is omitted.",
