# The Gambling Act 2005 (Commencement No. 8) Order 2008, Article 2


The provisions of the Gambling Act 2005 specified in column 1 of the Schedule come into force on 20th May 2008, but where a purpose is specified in relation to any such provision in column 2 of that Schedule, the provision comes into force on that date for that purpose only.
