# Gambling Act 2005, Paragraph 1


In section 44 of the Metropolitan Police Act 1839 (refreshment houses)—
(a) omit “, or knowingly suffer any unlawful games or any gaming whatsoever therein,”, and
(b) in the heading, omit “, or gaming”.
