An offence under any of the following provisions of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 (c. 38)—
(a) section 4(2) (production),
(b) section 4(3) (supply),
(c) section 5(3) (possession with intent to supply), and
(d) section 8 (permitting activity on premises).
