  "heading": "Availability of licence",
  "text": "(1) The holder of a premises licence shall—\n(a) keep the licence on the premises, and\n(b) arrange for the licence to be made available on request to—\n(i) a constable,\n(ii) an enforcement officer, or\n(iii) an authorised local authority officer.\n(2) A person commits an offence if he fails without reasonable excuse to comply with subsection (1).\n(3) A person guilty of an offence under subsection (2) shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 2 on the standard scale.",
