  "heading": "Licensing authority information",
  "text": "(1) The Commission may require a licensing authority to provide information that—\n(a) forms part of a register maintained by the authority under this Act, or\n(b) is in the possession of the authority in connection with a provision of this Act.\n(2) A requirement under subsection (1) may include a requirement for information to be—\n(a) compiled or collated in a specified manner;\n(b) provided in a specified form.\n(3) A licensing authority shall comply with a requirement under this section.",
