  "text": "(1) A constable may use reasonable force for the purpose of entering premises in pursuance of a power under or by virtue of this Part.\n(2) An enforcement officer may use reasonable force for the purpose of entering premises in pursuance of a power under or by virtue of section 306 or 307.\n(3) An authorised person may use reasonable force for the purpose of entering premises in pursuance of a power under section 307.",
