# The Gambling Appeals Tribunal Rules 2006, Article 14: Notification of witnesses


Each party must, not less than 14 days before the day fixed for the hearing of the appeal, file a written notice stating—
(a) whether he intends to call witnesses; and
(b) the names of those witnesses he intends to call,
and the Tribunal must send a copy of the notice to the other party.
