  "heading": "Application for permission to bring an appeal against the Tribunal’s final determination",
  "text": "(1) An application to the Tribunal for permission to bring an appeal against the Tribunal’s final determination may be made—\n(a) orally at the hearing immediately following the announcement of the final determination by the Tribunal;\n(b) by way of written application filed not later than 14 days after the notification of the final determination is sent to the party making the application; or\n(c) by way of written application filed not later than 14 days after the notification under rule 29(7) that a decision is not to be set aside.\n(2) When an application is made under paragraph (1)(b) or (c), it must be signed by the applicant and must—\n(a) state the name and address of the applicant and any representative of the applicant;\n(b) identify the decision of the Tribunal to which the application relates; and\n(c) state the grounds on which the applicant intends to rely in the appeal from the Tribunal.\n(3) Where a representative, other than a legal representative, is named under paragraph (2)(a) and the application is signed by the representative on behalf of the applicant, the applicant must file with the application a written statement, signed by him, that the representative is authorised to so act.",
