Article 34 Miscellaneous powers of Tribunal
Subject to the provisions of the 2005 Act and these Rules, the Tribunal may regulate its own procedure.

discloses no reasonable grounds for bringing or defending the appeal;
is an abuse of process; or
is otherwise likely to obstruct the just disposal of proceedings.
order any appeal to be struck out for inordinate delay.
Before making any order under paragraph (2), the Tribunal must provide an opportunity for the party against whom it is proposed that the order should be made, to make representations against the making of the order.
