# The Gambling Appeals Tribunal Rules 2006, Article 38: Power of chairman to exercise powers of Tribunal


Where a Tribunal consists of more than one member, any matter (other than the final determination of the Tribunal or the setting aside of the final determination of the Tribunal) required or authorised by these Rules to be done by the Tribunal may be done by the chairman.
