# The Gambling Appeals Tribunal Rules 2006, Article 42: Signature of documents


Any requirement in these Rules for a document to be signed by a party or his representative is satisfied, in the case of a document which is sent electronically in accordance with these Rules, by the person who is required to sign the document typing his name or producing it by computer or other mechanical means.
