The Lord Chancellor makes the following Rules in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 146 and 355(5) of, and paragraphs 9 and 14 of Schedule 8 to, the Gambling Act 2005f1, after consultation with the Council on Tribunals in accordance with section 8 of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1992f2.
