# The Gambling (Operating Licence and Single-Machine Permit Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2021, Regulation 1: Citation and commencement


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Gambling (Operating Licence and Single-Machine Permit Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2021.
(2) Save as provided in paragraph (3), these Regulations come into force on 1st October 2021.
(3) Regulations 4(3), 22, 24 and 28, and Schedules 1 and 3, come into force on 6th April 2022.
