In regulation 36—
(a) in paragraph (2) for “£25” substitute “£40”;
(b) in paragraph (3) for “£25” substitute “£40”;
(c) in paragraph (5) after “name” insert “or residential address”;
(d) in the words after paragraph (7)(b) for “£25” substitute “£40”;
(e) in paragraph (10) for “£100” substitute “£160”.
