# The Gambling (Operating Licence and Single-Machine Permit Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2021, Regulation 20: Fees for applications to vary certain remote operating licences


(1) In regulation 37(2)—
(a) in sub-paragraph (a) for “£785” substitute “£1,256”;
(b) in sub-paragraph (b) for “£1,570” substitute “£2,512”.
(2) In regulation 37(4)—
(a) in sub-paragraph (a) for “£1,050” substitute “£1,680”;
(b) in sub-paragraph (b) for “£2,100” substitute “£3,360”.
(3) In regulation 37(6) for “£25” substitute “£40”.
