These Regulations amend the Gambling (Personal Licence Fees) Regulations 2006 (S.I. 2006/3285) so that a fee is no longer payable in respect of an application to vary a personal licence so as to amend the name of the holder of that personal licence.

An impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as it has no significant impact on business, charities or the voluntary sector.
