# The Gaming Act (Variation of Monetary Limits) (No. 2) Order 1998, Article 2


For the purposes of section 31(3) of the Gaming Act 1968 (which provides for the maximum charge for playing a game once by means of a machine to which Part III of that Act applies on licensed or registered premises) there shall be specified the sum of 50p.
