# The Gaming Act (Variation of Monetary Limits) (No. 2) Order 2000, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order, which replaces the Orders revoked by article 3, increases the maximum monetary limits, specified in section 41 of the Gaming Act 1968, for the prizes, stakes and other matters mentioned in the Schedule to the Order.
