# The Gaming Act (Variation of Monetary Limits) (No. 2) Order 2001, Article 1


(1) This Order may be cited as the Gaming Act (Variation of Monetary Limits) (No. 2) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 14th January 2002.
(2) This Order extends to England and Wales and Scotland.
