# The Gaming Act (Variation of Monetary Limits) Order 1989, Article 1


(1) This Order may be cited as the Gaming Act (Variation of Monetary Limits) Order 1989 and shall come into force on 1st May 1989.
(2) This Order shall not extend to Scotland.
